• Leading the development of a commercially balanced range of self care and gifting products

• Strategically source items to drive incremental add-on purchases at the till.

• Managing supplier sourcing and product development from initial concept through to final production, coordinating multiple suppliers to ensure products are cohesive and delivered at the same time.

• Managing product specifications, technical documentation and launch collateral to support a seamless

  product launch.
